Chicken & Rice Salad

This is really tasty and really simple to make. I used what I had and didn't follow the recipe too closely, but it turned out well! 


Chicken & Rice Salad
(with my approx. values)
2 Large Chicken Breasts, boiled and shredded 
1 1/2 cups brown rice, cooked
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced 
2 celery stalks, diced 


for the dressing, 
it calls for: 1 T vinegar, 2 T salad oil, and 3/4 C Salad Dressing. 


I just made mine with 2 T of salad dressing. 
Per 1 cup serving: approximately 150 calories
