*1/2 C milk
*1/2 C vanilla yogurt
*about 5 frozen orange wedges

Perfect Savory Oatmeal
*Prepare oatmeal like normal. Add egg and stir in as the heat from the oatmeal cooks the egg. Add grated Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and pepper. 

Salmon with garlic and pepper and broccoli
